Are there any special care instructions?

Nope! Our jewelry is handmade with high-quality metals that are tarnish resistant and kind to the skin. Pro tip: If you do a lot of swimming in salt or chlorine water it is always a whole lot easier to remove your jewelry beforehand to avoid the need for special cleaning and polishing (and that is with all jewelry, even pure gold)

Do my earrings have warranty?

Not officially, but we are committed to our customers! So, in the unlikely event you need to replace or repair an earring contact us so we can work with you on a solution. Luckily, our earring styles are crafted to be extremely durable, and you can increase the longevity of your pieces by handling them with care. Avoid bending the parts, scratching the surface, or pulling roughly on the components attached to jump rings.

SKIN SENSITIVITIES

Choosing the metal that's right for you

Offering different types of metal isn’t just to satisfy color preference — it is to provide more options to those navigating skin allergies and sensitivities.

Many who’ve realized a skin reaction to faux jewelry (skin turning green, burning, puss, etc.) are likely reacting to nickel contents that some manufacturers unnecessarily put in metal —which is why all of our metals are stripped of nickel! If this is you, any of our metals are safe to try!

Now, there is an even smaller percentage of people with an allergy to the metal itself, being on the more extreme side. If this is you, you probably feel safer with pure gold. In that case, the gold-filled wire option is more your comfort zone. However, we do encourage you to give our hypoallergenic brass and stainless steel wire a try (when you are ready). We provide a grace period for those with senstivities and want to explore other metals to guage their tolerence.
